Employee Care
All employees and SEE program participants are given the tools for a successful completion of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), Safe Food Handling and CPR/First Aid. Regarding SEE program youth, at the end of the 16 week program, we confirm the youth have been able to add special skills, qualifications and certifications to their resumes in order to obtain meaningful employment outside of the Change4Change store. SEE Youth are assisted by a program coordinator, two employment specialists, a student support resource worker and a myriad of volunteers. Youth are supported in pursuing employment or completing their Ontario Secondary School Diploma for up to two months post-program.
